Our simple pricing model:
Small Association (0-250 doors) $1,000.00
Mid-Size Association (250-500) $1,500.00
Large-Scale / Master Planned (500+) $2,500.00
Phase 1: Exploratory Meeting
Setting and participating in the initial meeting with the entire Board of Directors. This time will be used to explore the challenges, setbacks, and future goals of the community to align with producing the right candidates through the proposal process.
Phase 2: RFP & Candidate Interviews
The Board's feedback will result in a catered Request for Proposal (RFP) provided to 3-5 of our management parnters within the Board's alotted timeframe. Then, an Executive Session put together by The HOA Source will allow the Board to interview each candidate separately in conjucion with our proposal breakdown matrix.
Phase 3: Selection
The Board of Directors will make an informed decision on which of the candiates to move forward with and begin the transition process. The HOA Source will provide and faciliate the termination and engagment of each party in accordance with the Board's decision, following all current contracts in force.
OPTIONAL: Ongoing Advisor
Utilize a small "Maintenance Retainer" for $125.00/mo for consulting hours - ideal for fine-tuning vendor contracts, troubleshooting early issues, or training board members
